Network Guardian Bronze Cover

 

The Bronze Network Guardian is the entry level Network Guardian product supplied by Wildings Professional Systems. This product best suits a small company with a limited IT budget. The Bronze Network Guardian product offers no additional cover to your Maintenance Contract. It will simply provide you with a detailed report on the status of your system together with any recommendations we feel we should make on a quarterly basis.

The amount of time spent on each visit will depend on the size/complexity of your network but due to the infrequency of the visits a minimum of 4 hours is set.

On purchasing a Bronze Network Guardian Protection Plan you will have a Microsoft Certified Engineer visit your premises every quarter to survey your network and produce a report on the following areas.


General System Status Report
This report will provide you with general information on the status of your system such as how the workstations and servers are coping with the tasks they have to undertake, users abilities, available hard drive space, etc


Anti Virus Protection Status Report
This report will provide you with information regarding your defence against virus infection such as whether or not you are using the most current scan engine and virus definition files.


Backup Status
This report will provide you with information regarding your ability to recover from a disaster. It will detail which files are being copied to tape for restoration in the event of a disaster.


Internal and External Security Report
This report will provide you with information regarding your security policy both internal and external.

Network Guardian Silver Cover


The Silver Network Guardian is the intermediate Network Guardian product supplied by Wildings Professional Systems. This product best suits a small to medium sized company. The Silver Network Guardian product offers additional cover to your Maintenance Contract. Specifically we will respond and fix problems caused by virus infection and where there are ISP connectivity problems we will handle all communications with your ISP. A detailed report on the status of you system together with any recommendations we feel we should make will be provided following each bimonthly visit.
The amount of time spent on each visit will depend on the size/complexity of your network.
On purchasing a Silver Network Guardian Protection Plan you will have a Microsoft Certified Engineer visit your premises every other month to survey your network and produce a report on the following areas.

Network Guardian Gold Cover


The Gold Network Guardian is our most popular Network Guardian product supplied by Wildings Professional Systems. This product best suits companies of all sizes. The Gold Network Guardian product offers additional cover to your Maintenance Contract. Specifically we will respond and fix problems caused by virus infection and where there are ISP connectivity problems we will handle all communications with your ISP. A detailed report on the status of your system together with any recommendations we feel we should make will be provided following each monthly visit.
Gold Network Guardian customers also receive a complete disaster recovery service. In the event of a disaster our engineers will not only restore the software but also restore your data to make you fully operational as soon as possible.
In addition to extra cover and a monthly visit Gold Network Guardian purchasers also benefit greatly from an appointed Technical Account Manager. This account manager will have in depth knowledge of your network and its configuration. Any technical requirements that you may have can be directed to your account manager.
Any configuration changes to the system such as a new user account, mailboxes, security changes are all included in the Gold Network Guardian.
