We have a highly qualified helpdesk support team capable of solving problems and providing advice on both Microsoft software, through our partnership with Microsoft, and with third party software by dealing direct with the software vendor.
IT computer support is available via telephone or email with each call assigned to a member of our helpdesk team and the progress of IT support calls is monitored up to final resolution of the issue, to ensure a speedy conclusion.
With the uptake of broadband connections, we are able to offer fast and secure access to most of our clients servers and workstations. Working online, and within guaranteed agreed response times, we are able to diagnose and solve most issues competently, usually resolving most issues without the need for calling out an engineer.
In addition, when remote IT computer support is not an option, we have a team of Microsoft Certified Professional technicians able to go on-site, under the direction of our helpdesk manager, and provide a more in depth technical solution to any problems.
